SDF Developments is sold as a single-server license. Each purchase grants you the right to use the plugin on one (1) Minecraft server. You may not redistribute, resell, share or sublicense the plugin or its source code to any third party.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted if the plugin is proven to be non-functional on a supported server environment (Paper 1.21+) and the issue cannot be resolved through support.

Your license includes access to all future updates for the purchased major version. Support is provided via Discord and email. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours on business days.

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify or publicly redistribute the plugin files. Use of the plugin to harm, exploit or gain an unfair advantage over other server operators or players is strictly prohibited.

SDF Development is not liable for any server downtime, data loss or other damages resulting from the use or misuse of SDF Developments. It is your responsibility to keep backups of your server data.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will announce significant changes via our Discord server.
